Two Hosts (first & last names) Children must always have at least two verified adults present—host & co‑host—for safety and continuity.
Organisation Type (school, company, non‑profit, institute) For this first edition, we want to ensures the venue is a registered entity, not an individual residence.
Organisation Name & Registration Number (e.g. Chamber of Commerce) KYC check: proves legal existence and accountability.
Organisation Address Allows us to confirm venue eligibility & add you to the global map.
Event Location Address (if different) So parents and participants know exactly where to go.
Contact Emails (both hosts) For onboarding invites, Zoom links, and rapid updates.
Phone Number (primary host) Backup channel for time‑critical comms.
LinkedIn Profiles (both hosts) Quick identity validation & role confirmation.
Preferred Date (Fri 10 Oct, Sat 11 Ocy, or both) Lets us balance the global schedule & project showcase flow.
Discord Username (required) Our real‑time help desk & host community live on Discord.

⏳ What Happens After You Apply?

  1. Verification (≤ 5 business days) — We review your application, validate your registration number, and check LinkedIn profiles.
  2. On‑boarding Invite — Approved hosts receive a invitation for the mandatory onboarding call
  3. Tool Credits Issued — You’ll get Lovable & ROSEBUD AI voucher codes .
  4. Venue Prep — Follow the Host Checklist to set up your space, recruit kids, and run safety checks.
  5. Hackathon Time! — Friday 10 Oct, Saturday 11 Oct, or both, depending on your choice.
